Act. Impact. 2026<\/em>, Damartex announced in September 2023 its intention to put its Afibel business up for sale, in order to focus its efforts and investments on a limited number of brands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposed transaction is subject to the usual consultation procedures with employee representative bodies.
