{"id":5581,"date":"2023-08-03T18:24:52","date_gmt":"2023-08-03T16:24:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/damartex.com\/?p=5581"},"modified":"2023-08-03T18:24:53","modified_gmt":"2023-08-03T16:24:53","slug":"finalizing-restructuring-operations-and-implementing-new-financing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/damartex.com\/en\/finalizing-restructuring-operations-and-implementing-new-financing\/","title":{"rendered":"Finalizing Restructuring Operations and Implementing New Financing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Damartex today announces the completion of its restructuring operations with its legacy banking partners and the Despature family group, its reference shareholder<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The injection of new liquidity and the restructuring of the Group&#8217;s debt were finalized with today&#8217;s completion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damartex&#8217;s legacy banking partners have made available to it state-guaranteed so-called &#8220;Resilience&#8221; loans totalling \u20ac35 Mn in principal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refinancing of existing RCF <a href=\"#_ftn2\" id=\"_ftnref2\">lines<\/a>2 with a new syndicated revolving credit facility for a total principal amount of \u20ac120 Mn;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the provision to Damartex by its reference shareholder of a shareholder loan totalling \u20ac8.5 Mn in principal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the continuation of overdrafts granted to Damartex totalling \u20ac21 Mn in principal; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the confirmation of documentary credits for a principal amount of \u20ac10.5 Mn, splited between Damart SAS and Damartex UK Ltd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These transactions were carried out in accordance with the agreement signed by the Group, its legacy banking partners and its reference shareholder on 19 July 2023 and approved by the Lille M\u00e9tropole Commercial Court on 28 July <a href=\"#_ftn3\" id=\"_ftnref3\">2023<\/a>3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" id=\"_ftn1\"><sup>1 <\/sup><\/a>Through J.P.J.D.
