Damartex Confirms its Ambitions in the Silver Economy by Expanding in\nHealthcare Services. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In line with its transformation plan, Damartex announces the acquisition\nof 95% of the shares of Sant\u00e9ol holding SAS, a home healthcare service provider\nspecializing in respiratory assistance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A company founded in 2005 in Strasbourg, France, Sant\u00e9ol employs 46\npeople. Sant\u00e9ol is specialized in the management of patients with chronic or\nacute breathing disorders. Sant\u00e9ol offers high-quality personalised support,\ndedicated to the treatment of nocturnal sleep-related breathing disorders\n(Sleep apnoea) but also chronic pathologies requiring the implementation of\noxygen therapy or even non-invasive ventilation at home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TO BECOME A REFERENCE PLAYER OF THE RESPIRATORY ASSISTANCE AT HOME <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The population affected by sleep apnoea syndrome in France is estimated\nat 3 million people, the vast majority of whom are seniors. This number is\nexpected to increase as a result of demographic evolution. In addition, only\none third of patients are currently being treated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To meet this growing demand, Damartex intends to support Sant\u00e9ol in its\ndevelopment, mainly by opening new branches, and also remains open to other\nacquisition opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In line\nwith Damartex’s integration strategy, the management team in place at Sant\u00e9ol,\nled by Didier Schmitt, will retain the company’s independent management in\norder to ensure its development, while benefiting from the skills and support\nof Damartex\u2019s team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CREATION OF A NEW HEALTHCARE DIVISION <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The acquisition of Sant\u00e9ol represents the creation of a new\n“Healthcare” division, reflecting the group’s desire to become even\nmore firmly established in the Silver economy, a fast-growing sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
