By making CSR one of the 4 axes of its strategic plan, our challenge as a CSR team is to make our Change Our World program a real compass to guide the decision-making of our teams and enable the Group to become a company recognized for its responsible performance.     Damartex wants to be able to guarantee its customers and employees that the women and men who made its products are treated with respect and that this manufacturing tries to limit the negative impact on the environment. This responsible purchasing policy rests on 3 pillars:<\/p>

    The Group has developed its own whistle-blowing system called Transparency<\/span><\/strong>, available at transparency@damartex.com<\/em>. This system is available both internally and externally (suppliers and customers). The Group’s Ethics Committee is responsible for handling alerts received concerning any breach of probity, fraud, data theft or harassment, and guarantees confidentiality to the author of the alert. In addition, the code of conduct<\/strong> formalises the attitude to be adopted and defended by all employees. Finally, the Gift Policy<\/strong> sets out what we at Damartex consider acceptable or unacceptable in a business relationship.<\/span><\/p>
